exoTHERM

exoTHERM is a thermally broken rainscreen façade bracket, manufactured in the USA and certified by the Passive House Institute for use in high-performance envelopes. Made from proprietary fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP), the bracket replaces metal load-bearing components to eliminate thermal bridging at façade connection points. The non-metallic design maintains internal surface temperatures above 17 °C, with thermal bridge values below Passive House thresholds (ΔU ≤ 0.20 W/(kN·K)). A self-shimming, fully adjustable geometry simplifies alignment during installation and supports a wide range of cladding systems. exoTHERM integrates with aluminum L-brackets while maintaining a continuous insulation layer and reducing peak heat transfer. Suitable for new build and retrofit applications, exoTHERM supports Passive House targets for low heating demand, airtightness, and thermal bridge-free detailing. Its lightweight, corrosion-resistant body offers long-term durability without combustible content or thermal isolation pads, making exoTHERM a dependable solution for energy-efficient ventilated façades.
