MFT-DH 80 M

The MFT-DH 80 M horizontal adapter made from aluminum enables the use of the MFT-VS(I) Medium stainless-steel bracket in horizontal, rear-ventilated façade substructures with requirements for high thermal efficiency and fire protection. Together, the bracket and the mounting element offer a wide range of lengths from 140 mm to 380 mm in 20 mm increments. The mounting element offers 10 mm vertical adjustment when inserted into the bracket, ensuring horizontal alignment between bracket-adapter-systems, resulting in stress-free and code-compliant substructure installation. The adapter is attached to the MFT-VS(I) bracket with two screws, ensuring a reliable load transfer and preventing unwanted rotation or movement between components. For quick and secure attachment of the horizontal profile, the adapter is equipped with a pre-assembled screw. The bracket's base plate comes with a pre-mounted isolator pad and pre-stamped fastening holes that accommodate a broad range of Hilti anchors, screws and direct fastening options. The isolator pad separates the substructure from the base material to reduce thermal bridging. Certified and tested: EN 1090 (CE marking), fire protection class A. Suitable as standard for rear-ventilated facades in corrosive environments (C3).
