Stainless steel bracket with pre-assembled isolator for the fastening of ventilated facades requiring high thermal efficiency and fire compliance. The corrosion-resistant stainless-steel bracket made from duplex steel with pre-assembled isolator offers great flexibility and optimization possibilities in the technical design. The extended range of bracket-sizes (small, medium and large) and bracket-lengths (60 to 300 mm - in 20 mm increments) enables greater planning efficiency and reduces material use and costs. The pre-assembled isolator (thermal isolator) reduces the installation time, while the optimized “helping hand” clip holds profiles in place to ensure correct installation. The bracket’s base plate has 6.5 mm and 11 mm holes for fastening with anchors, screws and direct fastening (DX) on primary building structures made from concrete, masonry, steel and wood substrates. The profile connection via round holes for fix-points or elongated holes for the sliding point formation (constraint-free substructure) enables the installation of façade substructures for common façade cladding types. The brackets allow adjustability of the vertical profiles for single- and double-layer systems up to 40mm and grant the installation of a wide range of façade elements. Certified and tested: EN 1090 (CE marking), fire protection class A. Suitable as standard for rear-ventilated facades in corrosive environments (C3).
