Beschreibung
The G30 anchor was Sapphire’s first innovation in ultra-rigid balcony anchors. It uses M30 stainless steel studs and a 30mm thermal break zone to reduce deflection and thermal transfer. This system allows for fewer anchors per balcony—typically two or three—compared to older systems requiring six or more. The G30’s rigidity and compatibility with lightweight aluminium balconies have made it a standard for high-performance installation. The G30 anchor can be used with StubGuard®, Sapphire’s proprietary solution for maintaining fire barrier continuity around balcony anchors. It is CNC-machined offsite to reduce reliance on installer skill and minimise errors. StubGuard® simplifies the interface between cavity barriers and anchors, especially where downstands are required.
