Doors
There are usually only a few exterior doors in a building. Here, too, high energy efficiency is important because more heat can be lost through a standard exterior door, for example, than through 20 m² of exterior wall in passive house quality. The airtightness of this component is also important, which is why its airtightness is also tested when an entrance door is certified.
